Sitges from Barcelona Airport: The Easiest Way to Arrive
Sitges is only 28 km from Barcelona Airport. Here is how long the transfer takes, what it costs and why it beats the train with luggage.
Sitges sits 28 kilometres south of Barcelona Airport along the C-32 motorway — closer to BCN than Barcelona city itself in traffic terms. The drive is about 30 minutes.
Train vs private transfer
The Renfe R2 Sud line does connect the airport to Sitges, but with a change at El Prat station, narrow stairs and no space for large suitcases. With children, golf bags or wedding outfits it is an unpleasant start to a holiday.
A private transfer to Sitges starts at €65 for a sedan and €85 for a V-Class, door to door, with the driver waiting in arrivals.
